'Investigates' is used pretty loosely here. If this is investigative journalism, I'm glad I no longer watch television. I mean really? Hey, I looked at CT scans before and after, and.....aw heck who cares...all that matters is that I looked at them.

    I weep for our species.

The seems to answer the pertinent facts, or lack thereof.

A lot of us are worried about the deinlce of the independent press. Amidst declining ad revenues, it seems like market democracies across the board are losing an asset that new media types (bloggers, podcasters, etc.) just can't fill. After all, the new media types don't have the time, training, or resources to dig deep into the belly of a story or attain the same standards of objectivity. The best they can do is process journalism.

What a shameful display by Dr. Gupta and CNN. There's absolutely no skepticism applied to the claims made by 'John of God' and his followers, this video might as well be a commercial which CNN produced and aired at no cost to this John fella.

      Darek.
You are sharply right as it seems the whole purpose is an advertisement and nothing to do with John the baptist as we all thought when became to post...
Another remark I liked above about him not taking money for his healing but would sell other thing that supposed to help them that if the post is right stating being $20 @ 800 visitor per day it makes a lot of money even if seasonal...!?
