(CNN)-Horses, dogs, and rabbits around the world headed to Mass on Sunday for the annual blessing of animals.

Catholic churches around the world hold the annual blessings of pets on the feast day of St. Francis of Assisi, the patron saint of animals.

    very common, very basic, but at the same time, (extremely heflpul) thanks so much for this information. This reminds me of working on the electrical in your car. many people assume the worst and try to deal with that first. when its most times just a blown fuse or some other small ,easy fix. thats kinda what your showing us here, take care of the simple things first, then devote time to the more difficult tasks.
