Crash course in Islam from Miss USAWho would have guessed that Americans would be receiving a crash course in Islam from Miss USA? A lot of what Rima Fakih, who was crowned on Sunday, has to say about her faith counters stereotypes about Muslims. Check out what she told CNN's Octavia Nasr last night about her faith:

It's wonderful that while expousing such liberal views of Islam, that she was not born in Afghanistan or Yemen for example. Had she been born in either of these countries both her views and her ability to speak about them would be censured by, you guessed it, Conservative Islam!
