Ohio woman says markings in pistachio look like Jesus' face
Michelle Phipps, of Dublin, thinks an image on a pistachio shell she found has a striking resemblance to Jesus. A co-worker brought the nuts into the office to share with other employees. Phipps said one of the nuts stood out from the rest. Her co-workers thought they saw some other images in the nut. "We all started joking about it and talking about it. One thought it looked like Jason from a movie, or Freddy Kruger or George Washington. All sorts of things," Phillips said. Read the full story on WCPO.com |

Então bonita este blogue parece bem organizado.........bom estilo:)
Adorei Continua assim !!
This has been a nutty story indeed. This original story out of central Ohio never reported Ms. Phipps saw Jesus on the pistachio. It was a funny and short segment that said yes there was a unique face made by mother nature and who do you think it is? Thanks to the media for tossing her under the bus and walking away.
Thank you 'Thank the media', I know this woman personally and saw the nut. She never once said to the media that she saw the face of Jesus, in fact, she denied that reference. They, of course, chose to leave that out and spin it just before Christmas in a way that would sell the story.
Hmm....looks more like Leonardo Da Vinci to me.
Nice chewed off polish on her fingernails. Classy.
Wow. Great news story. Bet you used every inch of your journalism school diploma to cook this one up.
After carefully examining this image I can reach only one logical and intelligent conclusion...IT IS A MIRACLE!!!
But Michelle is wrong though. It's not J-Man we see. It's a vision of the future. John McCain sporting an Abe style beard with a fake toupet brushed to the right!
Sacrilicious.....
@ deadraver... f-ing hilarious!
But on a more serous, thinks it kinda dumb to think that you see jesus face on a nut... Im sure 2,000 years ago they would have laughed at the idea to... Why such a powerful god put his face on a pistachio... Or a grilled sandwhich, or a mold stain?
There is a difference between a divine sign, and coincidence... And there are blasphemous idiots who dont know the difference...
It looks like Brad Pitt and I think SHE is the nut.

'Some call a central Ohio woman a little "nutty," but she says to use your imagination.' Lol, she just proved in that statement why religion and god are not real. You have to use your imagination to see anything!
As children we saw that, almost every complete peanut had a face or dwarf in it. It was the peanut itself. Some of the revealed"faces" even wore a little pointed cap. Just like our simple game, The best ones had a complete nose and eyebrows and a mustache. This seeing "Jesus in a Pistachio" is just a similar silly fancy.. and in the religious context, it seems somewhat sacreligious.
What a sense of humor God must have when people see Him on a peanut shell or a screen door or a watermelon rind. We can witness God in the awesome oceans, the Grand Canyon, the birth of a baby (every time), the power of a hurricane or the peaceful forest at dawn .. but somehow it is a **story** if someone a face in the moss on a tree and calls it Jesus. God must be laughing. We get national recognition over peanut shells.
