Celebrating the Festival of Colors

(CNN)–Thousands gathered in Spanish Fork, Utah, for Holi, the annual Festival of Colors.

CNN affiliate KSTU reports on how the Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple celebrated by tossing colors into the air and at each other to mark the spring festival.

Lying is a sin, you've been proven a liar over and over again on this blog. A great example of prayer proven not to work is the Christians in jail because prayer didn't work. For example: Susan Grady, who relied on prayer to heal her son. Nine-year-old Aaron Grady died and Susan Grady was arrested.

An article in the Journal of Pediatrics examined the deaths of 172 children from families who relied upon faith healing from 1975 to 1995. They concluded that four out of five ill children, who died under the care of faith healers or being left to prayer only, would most likely have survived if they had received medical care.

Plus don't forget. The statistical studies from the nineteenth century and the three CCU studies on prayer are quite consistent with the fact that humanity is wasting a huge amount of time on a procedure that simply doesn’t work. Nonetheless, faith in prayer is so pervasive and deeply rooted, you can be sure believers will continue to devise future studies in a desperate effort to confirm their beliefs.!

A few examples of conversations with God changing lives forever.
In 2008, He told Boyce Singleton Jr. to shoot and stab his pregnant girlfriend.
Deanna Laney heard God direct her to bludgeon her three sons, aged 9, 6 and 15 months. Only the youngest survived.
Blair Donnelly received instructions to stab to death his 16 year old daughter, Stephanie.
Christopher Varian was slaughtered with a cheese knife after God spoke with one of his employees.
God told Jennifer Cisowski to dash her infant's head on the rocks, so ""Just like Jesus raised Lazarus, I threw the baby on the stones by the pool."
Khandi Busby got a direct message from God advising her that the only way to save her 6 and 8 year old boys was to toss them off a bridge in Dallas. Fortunately, they survived.
Angel Rico says he received a divine command to strangle his 4 year old son, so he did just that and left him at the side of the highway.
Lashaun Harris threw her 3 kids – aged 6, 2 and 16 months, into the San Francisco Bay after God let her know that He wanted a human sacrifice.
All of these people have been found legally insane by the judicial system.
If you hear God's voice speaking to you, it's time to check in with your local psych ward.

"Those are not quotes. In order to see the Truth you would have to look them up for yourself."

It's just more words made up by men based on lies. By the way "John Chapter 17 verse 12" the book of John is a complete fabrication by a scribe. Everyone knows the story about Jesus and the woman about to be stoned by the mob. This account is only found in John 7:53-8:12. The mob asked Jesus whether they should stone the woman (the punishment required by the Old Testament) or show her mercy. Jesus doesn’t fall for this trap. Jesus allegedly states, let the one who is without sin among you be the first to cast a stone at her. The crowd dissipates out of shame. That story was not originally in the Gospel of John or in any of the Gospels. It was added by later scribes. The story is not found in the oldest and best manuscripts of the Gospel of John. Nor does its writing style comport with the rest of John. Most serious textual critics state that this story should not be considered part of the Bible.

STOP TAKING OUT ONLY CERTAIN P@SSAGES, FOR A CLEAR VIEW OF THE TRUTH, VIEW IT ALL!....shouldn't all of the written message of so called "gods" be taken as important as the next? speaking of course that is if your so called "god" or any others does infact exist...which, if so, then ALL information given if taken in the same light then suddenly all "gods" take on an equal form of myth, story of old to explain the unexplainable of the age, and as time moves on so should we yet we do not...well some do not rather! Holding to traditions is a tradition in on itself but so tradition states also that traditions change...in the words of Rafiki "It is time!"

      Doc
What you say goes against the attributes of God and the truths of God. God did not tell any of those people you listed to kill. Even Abraham was prevented from sacrificing Isaac. Hearing voices in one’s head is not the same as hearing the voice of God. When I say I see the hand of God we know God does not have a hand. When I hear the voice of God shout from the heavens it is not the thunder of Zeus rather a strong prompting. Jesus said my sheep know my voice and listen to me. It is not audible yet the effect is the same. Now, when such an inaudible voice says feed the poor do it because It is the way of Christ to suggest that. When that same voice says give that poor drunk homeless man $5 it is not the voice of Christ but some unresolved guilt or misguided passion. When that same voice says toss your kids off the Golden Gate it is not even close to the voice of Christ on so many levels.

For example: Susan Grady, who relied on prayer to heal her son. Nine-year-old Aaron Grady died and Susan Grady was arrested Friday morning...

An article in the Journal of Pediatrics examined the deaths of 172 children from families who relied upon faith healing from 1975 to 1995. The statistical studies from the nineteenth century and the three CCU studies on prayer are quite consistent with the fact that humanity is wasting a huge amount of time on a procedure that simply doesn’t work. • I'm The Best!

So you're saying that you prayed for me specifically to come onto this site to argue with you? And that I'm here because god made me? You have no proof for any of that. And why would you pray for someone to come onto a website just to argue with you?

lol, because it has no friends otherwise save from the ones who argue with it over the net!

I just love it when Prayer Nut tries to give evidence! That's when we get to find out how stunningly stupid it is, with a heapin helpin of crazy on top. God exists because atheists post online. That's just priceless, almost as good as its post on calling 811 in an emergency.

You are not here to argue. You are here to be exposed to two wonderful Truths, first that atheism in all its forms is useless and second that talking with God is a life changing experience. God bless

I'm here to argue, but I guess that's just me.

    • I'm The Best!

I'm here to argue. Like I said, I was just bored at work so I came to this site. And by argue, I obviously mean show people how atheism is the only logical opinion of the universe and that most of what theists say are lies.

What you do with the Truth is your business, what you cannot do is unexpose yourself. You have seen Truths that will set you free, if you choose to argue you will be engaged in an exercise of futility but again that would be your choice. God bless. Prayer answered and proven answered.

    • I'm The Best!

You haven't proven anything. You haven't even shown any truths so I don't know what you're talking about there. Take feelings out of the equation, think logically, and you will be able to see that it is impossible for a god to exist. All your rambling is doing is pulling people closer to atheism, and I thank you for that.

You are on this site and exposed to Truth, that is all there is in this case. God bless

@ just sayin "if you choose to argue you will be engaged in an exercise of futility but again that would be your choice"

All you do here is argue, just sayin. You do it hour after hour, day after day. You do it more than anyone else here. Every post you make is an argument.

Either you are incredibly delusional or intensely hypocritical.

Looks like you've been exposed to the Truth of God as well. God bless

      No Gods, No Masters,

Just consider our putting up with @just spraying our little gift to society. We're keeping her busy here and off the streets and away from people's private doorsteps.
