What really enrages Muslims? Twitter knowsBy Richard Allen Greene, CNN What really enrages Muslims? Having a really good hair day - but no one knows because you wear a hijab. Not being able to say "Hi" to your friend Jack in a plane - or to call out for your nephew when he gets lost in an airport because his name is "Jihad." The 72 virgins all turn out to be male. The tongue-in-cheek answers are part of an explosion of sharply satirical responses on Twitter to a Newsweek magazine cover showing Muslim men in turbans and keffiyahs, apparently rioting, under the banner all caps headline "MUSLIM RAGE."
Thousands of Muslims have made fun of the magazine headline since Monday, when it published a long article by the Somali-born writer Ayaan Hirsi Ali, a former Muslim who describes herself as a "combatant in the clash of civilizations." She links this month's protests against an online film making fun of the Muslim prophet Mohammed - which have resulted in several deaths around the world, including that of the U.S. Ambassador to Libya, Chris Stevens - to the reaction in 1989 against Salman Rushdie's novel "The Satanic Verses." "In 23 years not much has changed," Ali argues. "Islam's rage reared its ugly head again last week. "The American ambassador to Libya and three of his staff members were murdered by a raging mob in Benghazi, Libya, possibly under the cover of protests against a film mocking the Muslim Prophet Muhammad," Ali writes. Newsweek's cover puts Ali herself at the heart of the story about "Muslim rage," with the sub-heading: "How I survived it. How we can end it." Ali, a sharp critic of Islamist violence and of what she sees as Europe's limp response to it, claims that the rioters represent mainstream Muslim views. "The Muslim men and women (and yes, there are plenty of women) who support - whether actively or passively - the idea that blasphemers deserve to suffer punishment are not a fringe group. On the contrary, they represent the mainstream of contemporary Islam," she argues. The "many Muslims and ex-Muslims" who "unambiguously condemn" the murders and riots "are marginalized and all too often indirectly held responsible for the very provocation." But by Tuesday morning, on Twitter at least, far from being marginalized, those Muslims were relentlessly making fun of Newsweek and Ali. One tweet showed the magazine cover doctored to make the rioting Muslim men look like glam rockers, replacing the headline with "Muslim Rave." Remi Kanzai riffed on the same theme: "Just add nighttime & glow sticks. It goes from #MuslimRage to #MuslimRave." Some of the more serious tweets dealt with the discrimination Muslims feel at airports: "When a 'female assist' is called before I even walk through the metal detector." But many kept the mood light, complaining about work, family, Islamic restrictions on eating pork and drinking wine, or fasting during Ramadan. "The Dark Knight Rises came out in Ramadan," one complained. And some aimed their barbs directly at the writer of the provocative piece. "Whaaaaat?!" Megh demanded. "Ayaan Hirsi Ali doesn't have an active Twitter account?!" |

I thought saw a picture of mohommad today, turns out it was just what was left on the toilet paper
Isn't Twitter like magic to Muslims? Would Mohammed have used twitter? And if Twitter is so awesome, shouldn't Jesus or Mohammed have invented it first to get their messages out if it was so God da.mn important? Weren't they sent by God and stuff but extremely poor equiped for their missions and used only already available methods to spread their message aka word of mouth and tablets or papyrus? Doesn't seem to add up to me. Twitter tech > God apparently...at least it has more followers...
Thank you for continuing to be part of the problem.

unbelivable
Good article. It looks like the Islamic leaders are calling for calm and urging people not to go to protest rallies.

take a look at this
What really enrages Muslims? Sanity, farting while sitting around the hukka, a live Jew, American, Brit., or anyone not Muslim, peace, cars (they keep burning them), a nice pair of dress slacks, hair gel (I'm just thinkin), a good pair of walking shoes, any color but off white, hydroelectric or solar power, any illegal drug from Mexico, drones, especially drones.. The list goes on and on. .............. Happy Holidays!!
Am I the only one who thinks 72 virgins would be more punishment than reward? How bout 72 Pr0n Stars instead?
I could do that...
Who the fvck would want 72 virgins? Give me two sl.uts who can suck a golf ball through a hose and take it in the poop chute like a champ.
Drink my Kool-aid,
It seems you are more suited to an inflatable-woman doll.
You can't even mention the name of the program C_N_N uses to filter posts. They won't let that post. And they l-i-e about it to
every-body and say they don't pre-screen stuff
sof-tware?
R-e-tarded?
who cares. These people are a group of arrogant, ignorant, backward, and non-productive people
And I'm guessing your invented Alcohol and Chemistry and Poetry in late 1200's because you are so productive to have enough time to spread hatred and Arrogantly say THEY on the internet... what a waste of Flesh and brain...
@James,
"And I'm guessing your invented Alcohol and Chemistry and Poetry in late 1200's... "
Are you saying someone invented alcohol in the 1200s? The Ancient Egyptians were brewing beer in the 5th millennium BC, I think.
And I seriously doubt that the first Chemistry was done in 1200's. Poetry, ever heard of Homer?
Ah, I see. Since your culture "invented" things you are exempt from acting like civilized human beings. At what point are going going to say, "Wow..this particular group acts this way so they must...um...BE this way"?
... Homer of Iliad and Odyssey fame, not the Simpsons.
p.s. I'm not agreeing with @Foreal89, but let's not rewrite history, for anyone.
They are worst than animals.They kill their own children.
And DO please show us facts that people in USA don't drown their children in bathtubs or violently hurt them because they are drunk?? Not all of them are like that but you add up 1.5 billion people and say "THEY"...Please go find somewhere else to Troll and make a General comment like.
Yea that's why there are so many images of them craying over the bodies of their children, spouses, parents, siblings, nephews and cousins.
Oh and recently I saw another comment about the parents that called the police on their kid who was gonna attack something and the person commenting said that the parents just didnt want him to die, it wasnt about helping the US.
So in the mind of a bigot: Muslims kill their own children and dont care about them dying, but if they call tha authorities on them its because they dont want them to die not because they know what their kid is doing is wrong.
You bigots love to have it both ways. You'll turn anything into "proof" no matter how ridiculous it makes you sound, and no matter that it conflicts with the truth or even something else you said.
Jesus said Love your enemies
@jane
Jesus also said to not save anything for tomorrow and give no thought to it (including food, money, shelter). Do you follow that as well?
Darnit... I was hoping to read more "Muslim Rage" jokes in the comments.
Lame.
Funny that when someone depicts mooohamed as a violent nut case, the mooooslims react by acting like violent nut cases.
You can't make this up.
Well America take a good look at the middle east and the Muslims because the same thing is going to happen to us over here if the Christian extremists aka right wing Republicans, take over. Did anyone ever heard of the Islamic Golden Age? It lasted till 1258 and during this period the Muslim world became an intellectual center for science, philosophy, medicine and education. Then due to religious, economic and political factors it all basically went to hell. We need to learn from our past!!!
I don't see Christians calling for violent jihad against a political group or another religion. Sure they have unpopular beliefs on a variety of topics but that does not mean that their pastors are calling for the death of nonbelievers. Christianity went through protestant reformation and other reforms during the last 2000 years. Christ is perceived (even by likes of Gandhi) as a nonviolent leader whose kingdom is not of this world. Islam is a political philosophy that is very much concerned with this world. To say that all religions are equivalent to Islam is grossly unfair and inaccurate.
"Did anyone heard"...... You give a bad name to Americans (or whatever kind you are). Can't you read what you wrote before you hit the send?
Simonne, you obviously haven't heard about the Evangelical mayor of a city in eastern Peru who called for the killings of native shamans... 12 were killed - because they weren't Christian. This was widely reported in the main stream press last October.
@Simmone: You clearly missed your History class about the Crusades. Wikipedia and Google will help you.
Extreme views of any kind, being religious, political or whatever, are not good period.
If your religion is worth killing for, then please start with yourself 🙂
Funny that the Denver shooter was in court and NO ONE EVER MENTIONED IF HIS CHRISTIAN OR ANY OTHER FAITH...I swear if his name was Mohammad than the whole country would be in flames...BUT he was mentally ill so it was justified and the case was closed quietly so everyone can go back to what they do since it has no value to the media...OPEN YOUR EYE and ears...
@James,
I assume by "Denver shooter" you are referring of the Aurora, CO shooter, James Holmes.
"...BUT he was mentally ill so it was justified..."
An insanity defense, if one is used, does not make anything justified. It only means that he can't be held responsible because he was or is insane. He'd still be insti.tutionalized though.
"...the case was closed quietly...."
The trial has not even started yet, as far as I know. He may have had court appearances, but not a trial.
What did the teen say to her father when he started to kill her for being too Western? "Daddy, please, don't, please!" Badda Bing.
I don't know what you're talking about since I saw a security video of the plane hitting the Pentagon on the same day and the following days. You must've missed that. Maybe you like to recreate history. Let me recommend a book for you called "Lies and the Lying Liars Who tell them" by Al Franken. If nothing else maybe it will help you to question where you get your information.
BTW-Asking this country to go back to the Republican party that just about ruined the economy, destroyed our credibility, bankrupted a $3trillion Clinton-created surplus, gave us endless war, endless restrictions on our rights, and a political climate of hate and divisiveness just because "you would NEVER vote Democrat" is a sign of hatred of America. Again, check "Lies" and read about how the conservative-controlled media destroyed this country. It's tracked pretty well in this book that was written in 2003. AND I AM NOT A DEMOCRAT! I am an independent voter because I....well, check my handle.
LOL wow...this muslim hate is ridiculous. You guys really take in everything the tv tells you eh 😉 When it eventually comes out that 'muslims' had nothing to do with the 9/11 attacks, you're all going to feel pretty silly. Weird how they still have never shown a plane hitting the pentagon...since we've all seen them hitting the towers. There's lots of security videos...but not one shows a plane hitting the pentagon...you know why? Because if the world knew that anything other than a passenger plane hit the pentagon, the whole 'story' would go up in flames. Before you hate on muslims, ask yourself 'why' you do. I bet there's not a single one of you that has ever been wronged by a muslim. ALL of your hate is based on TV COVERAGE, MOVIES, MAGAZINES, THE NEWS....THE MEDIA. Turn your damn tv's off and use your own intelligence.
So who is responsible for the 9/11 attacks?
And let me guess, you are also a huge Obama supporter, because he has a great plan for the country?
Who has control over the security videos at the pentagon? I'm pretty sure it's not al-qaeda lol
Thank You My Freind!
@James
Who was flying the planes into the buildings?
I've seen the video of the plane hitting the Pentagon. A friends husband was in the building. He's dead now. You conspiracy dimwits make me want to vomit.
hmmm, I saw a video of a plane hitting the Pentagon. Was just on one of the 911 specials that was on last week.
@Huebert that's a question you should ask yourself and then do your own research before you just believe what the media tells you. It doesn't matter what my answer would be...you wouldn't believe me. People have to do the research for themselves to find the answers they're looking for. The media is relying on you being lazy. It's easier to just believe what the tv tells you.
Huebert:
"So who is responsible for the 9/11 attacks?"
Thanos.
" In this universe, the chthonic ent'ities had already begun to extend their unspeakable influence."
Actually, there is a three- or four-frame video showing an airplane hitting the Pentagon – it enters on the right, is briefly visible, and then is consumed in a fireball.
@JamesH28
My above post was a reply to you James, not Cleanup Philly, although maybe some of that may apply to him as well...
@James
James, I do agree with you as to the YoozYerBrain part, but yer kinda all over the map...
Let me guess, You think Jews did it. Muslims are always blaming anybody but themselves.
*Hands you tin foil hat*
There is unedited, archived footage from every network for 2-3 hours from 9/11/2001 on youtube. I watched several last week. They also have the Howard Stern show from that morning. You can see where the conspiracy theories come from, since in the initial confusion, people said a small plane hit the tower, they said they heard explosions, etc. CNN is the same these days- they are so quick to get the news out, that they have to revise and clarify things later.
It saddens me that people only read the news and allow the media to direct their views and thinking processes. Many people in is forum have not personally met a Muslim or visited a Muslim country and they will know by this direct contact that A real Muslim is not the "terrorist" that is only portrayed in the news. A real Muslim is encouraged to follow the ways of Prophet Muhammed(may peace be upon him) and practice " what you like for your brother you should like for yourself". Real Christians are Muslims are religious brothers and we are aware that only the devil would create a film that would cause such outrage in the entire world. A real Christian would never defile or defame a Prophet of GOD. Wake up America who is behind the wish for clashes to take place?
James you're nuts. How about you use your brain to think a little more. If it was a conspiracy why wouldnt they just use a plane like they did with the Towers? The US is running out of planes? Ignorant, idealistic, misguided, and just plain stoopid Muslims did it. And the same type support it. Muslims have done and continue to do bad things, the faster the muslim community realizes it the faster they can start fighting against that mind set.
Osama was behind the 9/11 attacks and not the muslims.
@tsh lol you assume because I don't think muslims are evil that I must be a muslim? I'm not a muslim. I just do my own research and come to my own conclusions. Anyone who does the same, will see how the American media has been trying to demonize muslims for years now. They're the bad guys waving guns around in the background in how many american action movies? Think about it. I'm actually surprised the media said they had 'box cutters' instead of 'machine guns'. It goes against the ridiculous stereotype they created.
Where is the real root of the "Middle East" problem?
the answer is simple, just ask yourself 2 questions:
1. What would happen if all the Muslims in the world laid down their weapons tomorrow?
Answer: nothing
2. What would happen if all the Jews in the world laid down their weapons tomorrow?
Answer: they would be annihilated within 36 hours.
Identify the source of the problem and you can fix it.
Are you saying that the root of the "middle east problem" is Israel?
The only difference between Muslims and Jews is a story nobody really believes.
@Huebert "Are you saying that the root of the "middle east problem" is Israel?"
=>uh.. no
@toad "The only difference between Muslims and Jews is a story nobody really believes."
=>actually there is a big difference
If all the Muslims in the world laid down their weapons tomorrow, the Israelis would do nothing
If all the Israelis in the world laid down their weapons tomorrow, they would be annihilated by Muslims.
that's a pretty big difference, and that points to the real source of the problem
@Chad
Then what are you saying? Because if I accept your premises as true, a logical conclusion is that the root of middle east problem is the presence of the Jews.
The real problem is shit heads like you Chad who think it's just dandy for the Jews to have a chunk of land at any cost to the rest of the world. DO fuck yourself Chad if you can or die if you can't.
"that's a pretty big difference, and that points to the real source of the problem"
.
Christians represent the biggest threat and majority of the problem. Your christ is flawed as well as the men who made up his god image.
@Chad,
Are you saying that the Jewish in American have taken up weapons?
It seems to me that Jews in American are not under threat of annihilation. Nor is anyone else in the US, for that matter.
please excuse the typo-ing
Interesting that these two brothers have continued in their given ways since the day God promised Abraham he would bless the nation of Ishmael and Isaac yet one would continually kick against the other. The Jews ran with Isaac and the Arabs ran with Ishmael both have their faith in the same scripture source and each is the descendent of the good seed in their respective Book (Quran and Torah). I like how each sees themselves as the good seed yet their actions speak otherwise.
The truth of God stands based on what both have demonstrated right up to this day as well as mans inability to see themselves in the true light of God.
let me make it painfully clear
– If Israel disarms, they would be annihilated
– If the rest of the Muslim world disarmed, Israel would attack no one
get it?
Israel is not the aggressor
My original questions are better posed as:
=====================
the answer is simple, just ask yourself 2 questions:
1. What would happen if all the citizens of the Muslim states surrounding Israel laid down their weapons tomorrow?
Answer: nothing, peace in the middle east.
2. What would happen if all Israelis laid down their weapons tomorrow?
Answer: they would be annihilated by their Muslim neighbor states within 36 hours.
@Chad
I never said Israel was the aggressor, I said they are the problem. The existence of Israel is an open wound in the Muslim world. Now I am not saying that Israel should be eliminated or anything crazy like that, but I am saying that if Israel did not exist the middle east would be a considerably calmer region. Thus my conclusion is that the state of Israel is the root of the problem.
What about if they both laid down their weapon at the same time. A-HA..C what i did there. Couz thats what we Americans want and while you at it leave us alone. Solve your own Fu**in* problems. We have our own problems like Romney and Obama.
@Huebert "I never said Israel was the aggressor, I said they are the problem...."
=>so, if they would all just die, then there wouldnt be a problem..
nice solution adolph..
@Fred
You talk of this "god" bloke...there is no god. And those books are based on misrepresentations promulgated by motivated priests. It's all mythology. Like Zeus. Why not believe in Zeus? Did someone disprove Zeus?
How about teaching ethics Fred, if you really care, and so removing the hocus pocus "my club is better than yours" POLITICAL crap. There is no god, HUMANS create morality and ethics and whether you believe that or not is as relevant as your "belief" in gravity. Teach non-sectarian goodness, no supernatural/political crap necessary.
So god technically is the root of the problem, see? YoozYerBrain, please...
@Chad
Please read my entire post before you descend to ad hominem attacks. I specifically said that I am NOT advocating the removal of the state of Israel. All I am saying is that a large source of the current conflict in the middle east is the existence of the state of Israel.
Chad are you a child? Jews have no claim to any of the surronding lands. Muslims have a claim to the land that is Israel. It's hilarious how we're of the internet and information age, yet most people out there are ill informed and make stupid comments like this. Humans are a smart species in terms of building stuff, but they're not a wise species.
@Huebert "Please read my entire post before you descend to ad hominem attacks. I specifically said that I am NOT advocating the removal of the state of Israel. All I am saying is that a large source of the current conflict in the middle east is the existence of the state of Israel."
@Chad "ok, I jumped the gun
so, what is your solution then?
Chad makes it painfully clear, in a battle of wits:
– If he disarms, he would be annihilated
– If the rest of the world disarmed, Chad would attack everyone.
– Fortunately, Chad is a mental paraplegic from birth and wouldn't know an arm if it slapped him in the face.
get it?
Chad is the aggressor in a fight he cannot win...
@right "Jews have no claim to any of the surronding lands. Muslims have a claim to the land that is Israel..."
@Chad "incorrect, Jews/Palestinians have lived in that territory for thousands of years. The UN proposed a parti tiion plan to accommodate both populations when the British withdrew from that area following WWII. Arabs refused to honor it, immediately attacked their Jewish neighbors and attempted to annihilate all of the Jews in the area.
The 1947–1948 Civil War in Mandatory Palestine lasted from 30 November 1947, the date of the United Nations General Assembly vote for the Part ition Plan for Palestine,[3] to the termination of the British Mandate itself on 14 May 1948.
This period const itutes the first phase of the 1948 Palestine war, during which the Jewish and Arab communities of Palestine clashed, while the British, who had the obligation to maintain order,[4][5] organized their withdrawal and intervened only on an occasional basis.
The next phase of the conflict was the 1948 Arab–Israeli War, which began on 15 May 1948, on the termination of the British Mandate for Palestine and the creation of the State of Israel, when the conflict in Palestine became an outright war between the new State of Israel and its Arab neighbors.
Right
I thought the land was given to them by God long before Christ arrived. You should be amazed that Israel is proof that God follows through on His promises. Israel was promised to be a great nation and the land of Cannan was given to them thousands of years ago.
@Chad
"so, what is your solution then?"
A time machine? Honestly, I don't believe that their is a solution, at least not a nonviolent one. America and Europe planted the seeds of this conflict in the 1940's and now we are witnessing the full bloom. My only hope is that our country is able to stay out of the war, but I doubt that will be the case.
@Huebert "All I am saying is that a large source of the current conflict in the middle east is the existence of the state of Israel."
@Chad "muslims around the world consider the existence of the US a major source of conflict. Would you agree with that as well?"
@Chad
No, I would say that many Muslims view the U.S.'s support of Israel, and our continued presence in the middle east as a major source of conflict.
@Huebert "No, I would say that many Muslims view the U.S.'s support of Israel, and our continued presence in the middle east as a major source of conflict."
=>so, you would recommend we withdraw support for Israel?
or, you are just identifying the "problem" as you see it..
@Chad,
Actually, it wouldn't surprise me if all the Palestinians in the West Bank, Gaza strip, Jerusalem, etc. weren't rounded up and deported to surrounding states, similar to the Arab displacements of the Palestinian Exodus in the 40s.
So I wouldn't say "nothing," precisely.
@Chad I suppose the dead Palestinians don't count-yeah that's right-they're all dead and can't talk-they were never people to begin with per Israel-the cities were just there as God made them up for Israel when the Jews got there. Living in a fantasy again?? Israel and pro-Israel people need to keep their mouths shut-As an American I can't stand to see Israel telling us what to do-or anyone for that matter. Israel costs us trillions in everything including bribes to other countries to stop them from attacking Israel because of Israel's genocide.
@Huebert,
"A time machine? Honestly, I don't believe that their is a solution..."
I always thought an international zone would be nice. Seal off Jerusalem and much of the surrounding areas, put international troops in place and either keep everyone out all the time or setup some sort of schedule for limited use by both groups.
Overly simplistic? sure. but I can dream, can't I?
so this is precisely my point
arab aggression in the area is the problem that needs to be dealt with
"removing the nation of Israel so they have nothing to be mad about" is madness.
@ Chad, although I suppose Israel forcing the US into dozens of wars will turn US attention away from the genocide of the Palestinioans and the Jewish Americans who brag about their two houses in the US and their house in Palestine that they only ahd to kill a few people for,... Badda bam badda bing. Grow up all of you-AlQaead retaliated-we've been operating a covert drone war in somalia, Yemen and Pakistan. US killed a ton of civilians during these attacks-some of them Americans. The Ambassadors death was an Al Qaeda retaliation that the Obama Administration will not admit to. The guy violated his probation on the film and he isn't back in jail yet? and we are protecting him?-sounds like another diversion away from the drones and the Palestinian death count to me.
What war has Israel ever forced the US into??
CNN = Biased
People in America act like they don't get offended. People can't stand personal insults in this country, let alone praising Hitler, mocking the holocaust, using U.S. flag to wipe your behind, calling our heroes baby killers and insulting them, posing nude in public and a ton of other stuff. So let us be ashamed of ourselves for being hypocrites and let us apologize to the Muslims. I can't even write a comment without offending the CNN discussion policies. I've had countless posts deleted by CNN just because they have the right to do it. And who says physical abuse is worse then verbal abuse? Who made that rule up? Was that a revelation from the Spaghetti-Monster? Or was that man made?
Tie, Are you sure that your posts were "deleted".... or just never appeared due to:
Bad letter combinations / words to avoid if you want to get past the CNN automatic filter:
Many, if not most, are buried within other words, so use your imagination.
You can use dashes, spaces, or other characters or some html tricks to modify the "offending" letter combinations.

@Honest John,
"So how many ambassadors have Americans killed over jokes?"
Not nearly enough?
(sorry, bad joke)
@Tie Mie Shu,
"And who says physical abuse is worse then verbal abuse?"
If physical abuse is allowed then physical force is allowed, which implies rule by strength/force, which implies slavery.
Verbal abuse does not allow one person to force another to do something.
It's sad to me how the left will stick up for Islam no matter what it does and insist that it's all the media trying to distort it. Sorry, but the dead tell a different story. We don't live in a nice world and not all religions are happy ones. For that matter, none really are, but if you want to get down to which religion does the most damage to the world, Islam beats out all others by a lot.
Wake up America and Europe! Islam is evil period. Islam is violence and hate to it's highest level. The word "islam" translates into "Submit" in the english language. Don't you see how they act when a stupid SNL-like film is made about them?..or a cartoonist draws a cartoon about them? The middle east has NEVER seen peace and it probably never will. At some point we must give up trying to help these people. They are a lost cause. These riots are a wake up call to all non-muslims. Muslims want to take over the world and kill everyone who doesn't follow their laws. Wake up people! These people are chanting "Death to America", burning our flag, burning down buildings, and storming our embassies. It is time to start realizing that muslims are not our friends. This is only going to get worse. If you think 9/11 was bad, all signs point to something worse is coming. Muslims are barbaric evil people and they have proven that they will stop at nothing for their cause. There is a reason they call it a "holy war".
The "protesters" are thugs and if these countries were at all civilized their police would crack down end of story. They should not be in position to harm visitors to their country. We need to punish the governments that allow this nonsense.
I agree Jesse. It's time we stop wasting our hard earned money to help these folks try to become a "Democratic" country. They have been fighting for thousands of years they must enjoy it. If they don't like the "West" than stay away from us and go do your own thing. Americans wil never submit to crazy, hate filled and dominate war lovers. I say bring the American's all home just watch the nuclear weapons things that they may be cooking up, we have Intelligence for that and let them fight each other to their hearts content. Most of us are sick of it anyway enough!
Islam is an ideal, a concept, a construct. Just like Christianity. Americans submitted to crazy a long time ago. If we hadn't then we wouldn't be in the financial dire straits we are in the middle of right now. How can a "Good Christian" gun down a doctor at an abortion clinic because the doctor went against their ideals and that's a grey fuzzy area but when a follower of Islam kills someone when outraged about their own beliefs, it's pure evil? I say all religions have their zealots and we are all human beings. Putting any group into a generic pot of "evil" without having full knowledge of what you speak is ignorance. That is what the world sees in America today – ignorance. We are still a very young country playing in a much larger world.
