Hey CNN, way to really misrepresent a news article (and I am a CNN supported, mind you). This article, appearing under the Belief section, has lead many ill-read and ignorant people to believe he was arrested because of the film. Please move from belief section–his arrest was based on fraud and probation violation without any influence from the contents of his boring movie.

Another gesture of apology by a weakening government to appease terrorist organizations that now run the United Nations. OR the L.A. sheriffs department arrested a parole violator. In other words they did their job, regardless of the political appearance.

He is being locked up for "parole violations", but the real reason is to placate those overseas who are rioting against us. Very dangerous precident we are setting and a very bad message.
If he has violated his parole, and it sounds like they have ample evidence that he has, the law dictates that he goes back to prison.

And yes, he has the right to express his opinion, but that doesn't exempt him from paying the consequences of doing so.

Apparently, he used fake names and lied to the cast in order to get this crappy film produced. Doesn't sound too brave to me, even if what the film portrayed was even remotely true, which is highly debatable.
If we can arrest this guy for making a movie or "violating probation", then we can arrest anyone for using free speech. Watch out Hollywood, you may soon be censured if Obama doesn't like the content or they incite displeasure by those that are trying to find excuses to impose their violent terrorism on the US. Michael Moore and Bill Maher get a pass but this guy gets arrested. The 2nd Amendment is next.
