Spirituality is everything in itself ,you can waive all your worry away by doing or accepting the way as spiritual healers possess. This is a good practice for those who are really searching a peace of mind.

Religion requires blind faith otherwise its nonsensical. Spirituality requires open thinking & the desire to dig deeper. Peter of nambassa

Putting an end to spirituality and Christianity in less than ten seconds:
Only for the new members of this blog:
The Apostles' Creed 2012: (updated by yours truly and based on the studies of historians and theologians of the past 200 years)
Should I believe in a god whose existence cannot be proven
and said god if he/she/it exists resides in an unproven,
human-created, spirit state of bliss called heaven??
I believe there was a 1st century CE, Jewish, simple,
preacher-man who was conceived by a Jewish carpenter
named Joseph living in Nazareth and born of a young Jewish
girl named Mary. (Some say he was a mamzer.)
Jesus was summarily crucified for being a temple rabble-rouser by
the Roman troops in Jerusalem serving under Pontius Pilate,
He was buried in an unmarked grave and still lies
a-mouldering in the ground somewhere outside of
Jerusalem.
Said Jesus' story was embellished and "mythicized" by
many semi-fiction writers. A descent into Hell, a bodily resurrection
and ascension stories were promulgated to compete with the
Caesar myths. Said stories were so popular that they
grew into a religion known today as Catholicism/Christianity
and featuring dark-age, daily wine to blood and bread to body rituals
called the eucharistic sacrifice of the non-atoning Jesus.
Amen

The simple answer is yes. You can be spiritual without being religious. Christ Himself was not religious, but he was highly spiritual.
Faith– A belief system predicated on the defense that all the religious bull shyt from religious liars is true. Actually, the one thing that is true about any religion is that they all are false.

This appears to be one of those random posts that usually only appear on stale threads. A lot of them seem to be Asian in origin and usually totally off topic with generic comments like "Your blog is interesting."
Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.
– Marcus Aurelius
The thing I wonder is should you categorize all of those who are spiritual, but not religious into just the one group, or should you sub-categorize based on why they are spiritual, but not religious?
Mankind's entire pantheon of gods, including Jesus and the Abrahamic god, never existed. All religion is a fraud. Calling beliefs "unaffiliated spirituality" or other hogwash, while still holding out for some sort of pseudo-christian being or afterlife, does not help one dodge this bullet. If you suffer from a brand of the delusion that holds any of it as "reality", it is no less crazy than any other.
I feel sorry for all the unbelievers.
Unless you accept (INSERT DEITY) into your life, you can never get to (INSERT AFTERLIFE).
You must have faith in the inerrant Truth of (INSERT HOLY BOOK).
If your unbelief is correct, you'll have lost nothing – but if you're wrong.....

Whether its spiritualism or religion or atheism, it is still decision making process.
Each of us decides.
Some necessarily are not equipped with a stable decision making process, and so, feel better in a group.
Each of us still decides.
If people weren't barraged with absurdities from the religious there'd be no such decisions to make.
I don't like that decision.
Atheism is not unhealthy for children and other living things
Forgot to switch from your troll name to a familiar non-believing name I see. I always suspected "Atheism is not unhealthy for children and other living things" was actually an atheist just looking to fan the flames.
Tod, it's just a troll, seeking attention from anyone. I doubt it even cares about religious affiliation. It's just a lonely, annoying creature who can't figure out why it has no friends.

The above post is so completely out of character, and coming from the opposite "side", for "Atheism is..." that it's obvious to me that the person responsible simply forgot to switch user names. They are probably a regular poster from the non-believing side who simply delights in stirring the pot every so often. Pathetic!

This troll is not a christian..
Even if you are just trolling, there is still a point to be made.
I don't believe it is a choice. It doesn't make any sense to me that an all knowing and powerful god would do the things the bible says he did. Therefore, I don't believe in the bible. I didn't choose to not believe, I just can't accept it.
This is very much like when the only child living in my house tells me she doesn't know how the lamp got broken. No proof, it just seems difficult to believe that the lamp jumped onto the floor by itself.
It may seem reasonable to you that god smote the lamp, but I believe the child was playing in the house with a volley ball. Not a choice, just believing what makes sense.
.
Wouldn't it be funny if everyone on your list was actually a non-believer using these handles to troll with, or as sock puppets to debate against. I often wonder if any of the believer characters here are "real"?
Prayer changes things .
pictures or it didn't happen
I'm sorry, "Atheism is not healthy for children and other living things", but your assertions regarding atheism and prayer are unfounded. Using my Idiomatic Expression Equivalency module, the expression that best matches the degree to which your assertions may represent truths is: "TOTAL FAIL".
I see that you repeat these unfounded statements with high frequency. Perhaps the following book can help you:

This troll is not a christian....
Prayer does not; you are such a LIAR. You have NO proof it changes anything! A great example of prayer proven not to work is the Christians in jail because prayer didn't work and their children died. For example: Susan Grady, who relied on prayer to heal her son. Nine-year-old Aaron Grady died and Susan Grady was arrested.
An article in the Journal of Pediatrics examined the deaths of 172 children from families who relied upon faith healing from 1975 to 1995. They concluded that four out of five ill children, who died under the care of faith healers or being left to prayer only, would most likely have survived if they had received medical care.
The statistical studies from the nineteenth century and the three CCU studies on prayer are quite consistent with the fact that humanity is wasting a huge amount of time on a procedure that simply doesn’t work. Nonetheless, faith in prayer is so pervasive and deeply rooted, you can be sure believers will continue to devise future studies in a desperate effort to confirm their beliefs!;.
@reddragon
Go to Israel. Not only pictures but the real thing. Go to prayer not only theory but the real thing. Start with the sinners prayer of repentance. God bless
@reddragon. Good one!
I am a spiritualist who refuses to align w/any religion! I believe in a Higher Power, but I also believe in all religions! They all have it right...& wrong! I don't belive in a bearded Santa in the sky, but I do believe there is a power in the universe that draws us to its light! I don't think Pentecostals are more deserving than Baptists, Catholics or Islamists, for that matter, because they are all man made, which is nothing but cause for disagreements, anger, fighting & even war! My spirituality is between me & the power of the universe, no 1 else! It gives me comfort & makes me feel connected to nature & humanity! I believe every person has a right to discover what's right for them & if atheism is your choice, I will not sit in judgement or tell you God will do it for me! My belief system makes me feel free & encourages me to love the world & its inhabitants! It works for me!!
I've been happy with the .264 Lapua 123 gr Scenar match bullet in .260 Remington at 600 yards. I too have been thinking of moving to a Higher Power. How were you able to deal with greater felt recoil?
Tom, Tom 🙂
Some years ago I went to an AA meeting in support of a family member. The first woman who got up to speak (a Texan, I think) kept saying how much her harp hour made things so much better for her. I thought, hmmm, well, harp music can be relaxing and calming 'n stuff... only to be clued in a bit later in the meeting what she was actually saying!
Ive got a 38lb recurve bow and have wanted to move up to a higher power compound bow. Which one is best? In the fact of this question eeeeeehhhhh weeeellll I don't know I'll just make up an imaginary bow and hunt with that.... dummmmasss
