Huckabee: Lack of religion in classroom leads to violence in schools(CNN) - Responding to the deadly mass shooting Friday in Newtown, Connecticut, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee said new laws regulating guns won't deter such shootings, linking a lack of religious discussion in the classroom to increased violence in schools. "We ask why there's violence in our school but we've systematically removed God from our schools," Huckabee said on Fox News. "Should we be so surprised that schools have become such a place of carnage? Because we've made it a place where we don't want to talk about eternity, life, what responsibility means, accountability." "That we're not just gonna have to be accountable to the police if they catch us but one day we stand before a holy God in judgment. If we don't believe that, then we don't fear that," he said. We all live amid two chasms of cosmological orders. We have the inner-cosmos and the outer-cosmos. The inner-cosmos is atomically made and is the universal construct of the outer-cosmos. One could not have an outer cosmos without there being an inner cosmos. Both are synonymously of the same natures. It stands to reason the inner-cosmos was made first and the outer-cosmos came into being only after the passive finalization of the inner-cosmos was made near complete. The inner-cosmos is transcendent and fixed while the outer-cosmos is ascendant and malleable in their dualities natures.
The third cosmos is of life itself made from the inner-cosmos living upon the terrestrial planetary faces of the celestial outer-cosmos. This third cosmos is the celled cosmos or the cellular cosmologic orders duly ordained of and by and even for all life forms to be made anywhere cellular life can gain a foothold to evolve and gain in the abundant natures toward the evolution of its structures ever evolving in base pairings. Without the two main Cosmos coming into existence; living cellular cosmologies could not ever exist.
The trinity or threefold nature of chasm cosmologies is being one of the greatest and grandest gestures ever to have been formulated! To say God had nothing to do with such a feat of cosmologic inter-dependencies seems an infallible congruency inconsistent for one to say or think otherwise. To say the nature of God is to keep inflating the physical elements of the outer cosmos while deflating the essence needs for the inner-cosmos leaves one to wonder about the third cosmological construct’s real nature for having been created. Why then is there cellular cosmos of living cosmologies and when did such life become established?

Fear not in death for in dying one becomes once again part of the grand seas of absolute nothingness to never again be a part of the material continuum but, should God grant one of disbelief another chance at living, they will start at the beginning road of life deeply seeded upon the insides of life itself upon a realm of such insignificant smallness it will take one trillions of years to reach the celestial boundaries of our now commonwealth ideals.

I have tremendous sympathy for the parents and families who lost loved ones. If the prayer vigil gives them comfort, I have no issue with one being held. If it comforts those who attend, I'm happy for them. It doesn't bother me that prayers are said or that people come together to give support to those who grieve.
I don't believe it will do anything for me, so I won't bother watching.
What I abhor is those disgusting zealots who insist that this tragedy occurred because we don't allow religion to interfere with government, law, or public schools, ignoring the fact that schools are NOT there to inculcate children on matters of faith but on matters of fact and reality. If anyone has failed, it's you people. I wonder how many believers were neighbors of this killer and his mother and never reached out to them, talked to them, invited them to dinner, or paid attention to them at all.

Who invites their neighbors over. Being a neighbor is no requirement to have people into your private home, and based on what happened it is a good thing the neighbors didn't have those people in their house. My neighbors certainly do not come into my home and vice versa.

Well, that's heartening, Jen. When I first heard this story on Friday, I was so shocked by it. I cannot imagine the pain these families, those of the victims and of the man who committed the horrific crime, are suffering.

@Topher, As someone who grew up in a christian home and was raised in a baptist church/school system, which played other school/churches in sports, etc., I would like to point out that you are calling all of those people, including my family members, non-christians. Considering I went to school in 2 different states and 3 different schools in total, you're talking about 10s of thousands of people. When you include Bob Jones University, Pensacola Christian College, Liberty University, and the many other christian insti.tutions including the 700 club, you're basically saying that millions of people in America claiming to be christians, are not christians.

Jesus said there will be many on Judgment Day who will wonder why they are being sent to Hell and proclaim their good works for Christ, but He will say 'depart from me you who practice lawlessness. Well, Mike Huckabee is now screaming about how a lack of god in school caused this. Never mind that the shooter attended a religious school for years. He knows darn well that there is no way the Constitution will allow what he is saying.
So what is he up to?
He is doing a pre-emptive strike for the NRA. Obama hinted at doing something, and this is the counter attack. Using the classic righty-whitey-tighty tactic of making loud crazy counter-accusations, he has started screaming about God in school. It's a diversionary tactic plain and simple. He is drowning out an approach he doesn't like. And Obama traditionally handles this sort of thing quite weakly.
Others of the right-wing propaganda circuit like Limbaugh and Fox are going to flood their listeners with the same message over the next few weeks. They are taking attention off of gun control and putting it somewhere ridiculous. The smart amongst the listeners will recognize it, but the vast majority will buy it at face value. Which is fine, because it keeps those dollars pouring in.
And after a month or so of this god-in-school/gun-control shout-a-thon, everyone will be sick of it and both attempts die. Which ironically would have happened anyway. Much ado about nothing. No gun control laws were going to come of this, and the Constitution isn't going to be amended for the sake of the cross-suckers. It's all just a manipulative horse-and-pony show, one they don't even need to do.

What is God's Truth?
What difference does God in the Schools make? I went through the Lutheran School system for 12 years and was still bullied as were others. In the case of the CT tragedy the young man was mentally ill. All the indoctrination in modern Christian ethics wasn't going to prevent him from from carrying out the massacre.
The shooter was angry. Yes, but, if he knew God's truth and believed in him, no matter what his pain was, he would have trusted the Lord to bring him through his trauma. We are to share and focus on God's truth daily (minute by minute, hour b hour) to ensure his truth is practiced by all.
God Bless our country as we go through the post traumatic stress of this horrible deed.

What Mike. being indoctrinated in God's truth is the first step. We have to remember to take more steps with his truth ... daily, every waking hour that we are on this earth. Remember, we live in Satan's kingdom that bombards us with his lies every waking moment we breath. Why? Because Satan wants to take as many of God's children with him to eternal damnation. Akira, God did create all but he gave man free will. He wishes all of us to get to know him and in knowing him we get to love him.. By getting to know him means to read the letter he wrote us, the Bible. Once you start reading the Bible, you ask him to guide your understanding of what he wrote to us. When we understand what he wrote to us, we automatically want to love him and follow what is written.to love and follow his truth. That's all he wants from us, to love him and by loving him with our free will, we learn and follow his righteous truth. When you take your eyes off of Jesus' truth is when Satan's lies are allowed to creep in. That is what happened to the shooter, he took his eyes off of God's truth. It only takes a minute of not focusing on God that Satan's lies are allowed to flourish.
As to the OT count. The truth written in the Bible is examples of what mankind can and will do. The examples explain believers and nonbelievers throughout history ... righteous versus unrighteous decisions made by humans.

Damocles, a true Christian that walks with God will ensure your money gets to the targeted audience. However, there are many con artists in the world, pretending they are Christians, taking your money to benefit them. It's called wolves in sheep's clothing. Look up Aberfan.. another school in Wales that was buried in mud in the 60s . what specifically can you tell us that jesus told the human race that was not known before his arrival?
