Mormon Church 'satisfied' with Boy Scouts possibly lifting gay youth ban

Washington (CNN) – The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints said it was "satisfied" with the Boy Scouts of America’s move to consider no longer denying membership to youth on the basis of sexual orientation.

In a statement Thursday, the Mormon church called the issue “complex and challenging” and said it believed the Boy Scouts were making “a thoughtful, good-faith effort” to address the issue.

“We are grateful to BSA for their careful consideration of these issues," the statement said. “We appreciate the positive things contained in this current proposal that will help build and strengthen the moral character and leadership skills of youth as we work together in the future.”

The Boy Scouts of America said last week it would consider a proposal that would no longer deny membership to youth on the basis of sexual orientation but would maintain its ban on openly gay adult leaders. The organization's executive committee made the proposal.

"If approved, the resolution would mean that 'no youth may be denied membership in the Boy Scouts of America on the basis of sexual orientation or preference alone.' The BSA will maintain the current membership policy for all adults," Boy Scouts public relations director Deron Smith said.

The Boy Scouts proposal was anticipated after the group had punted on the issue in February. At the time, the Mormon church heralded the postponement, saying the organization had “acted wisely in delaying a vote on this policy issue until the implications can be more carefully evaluated.”

The Mormon Church has long been a supporter of the Boy Scouts, both in numbers and words. In 2011, Mormons represented 15% of the 2.7 million registered Boy Scouts, the single biggest group.

The church teaches that sex should be reserved only for a married man and woman, and congregants in violation of the church's teaching on sexual relationships can be excommunicated. Since gay people cannot be married in the church, any sex would be premarital and therefore sinful. Under these beliefs, members of the lesbian, gay and transgender community could be practicing Mormons as long as they are celibate.

Though the church’s doctrine condemning homosexuality has not changed in the last few years, and it remains opposed to same-sex marriage, some observers say the church is subtly but unmistakably growing friendlier toward the LGBT community, including voicing support for some gay rights.

Some activists pointed to the less public role in same-sex marriage ballot initiatives in 2012, a marked departure from earlier fights - such as California's Proposition 8 in which the church vocally supported the move to have same-sex marriage banned.

A statement in support of allowing gay children to join the Boy Scouts would be another step in that softening.

“The current BSA proposal constructively addresses a number of important issues that have been part of the ongoing dialogue including consistent standards for all BSA partners, recognition that Scouting exists to serve and benefit youth rather than Scout leaders, a single standard of moral purity for youth in the program, and a renewed emphasis for Scouts to honor their duty to God,” this week's Mormon statement continued.

The Boy Scouts' proposal is expected to be presented to voting members at the organization's May meeting in Dallas. If the policy is approved, it will take effect January 1.

So let me get this straight...the BSA is okay with having gay youth in their program, but when those same gay youth grow up to be adults who want to be scout leaders, they'll be turned away? How does this make any sense?

Nice variant of #14. That one may need to be broken out into two separate wacky Chad ideas. I'd also guess this is another #28 but of course there's no link to the original.

      Gospel of Chad:
(Updated list derived from history of Chad conversations.)

      Atheism:
      1. All atheists agree with everything Stephen Hawking or Richard Dawkins say, even if it is unrelated to atheism. Hawking and Dawkins disagree on free will, however, but you should ignore this conflict or any atheist who says they disagree.
      2. All atheists agree with one another on everything even if it has nothing to do with atheism. See #1 for models from which you can derive all their beliefs.
      3. The definition of atheist includes anything that any atheist I disagree with believes or anything I feel like tossing in there. Ignore any definitions in pesky places like dictionaries and philosophical encyclopedias.
      4. If one atheist somewhere on the internet said something, then, since all atheists agree with him/her, I can use that randomly selected example as an argument to address all other atheists.
      5. The definition of atheism includes not just materialism but strict deterministic materialism. Non-believers who might be Buddhists, believe in probabilistic physics, see consciousness as prior to the physical world, believe in, say, witchcraft aren’t really atheists.
      6. No atheist has ever read the bible. I mean, obviously, they’d be Christians if they had, right? OK, so a few have proven to me – OK, multiple times – that they have read the bible. See #11 (just lie).

      Free will:
      7. All people who use the term “free will” really mean the same exact thing by that term, which matches my personal use of the term “free will” (unless backed into a corner, then I just declare all other meanings irrelevant)
      8. Fatalism and determinism are the same thing. It has been pointed out to me that historically these terms have been used with different meanings, but I find it more convenient to make up my own definitions, as with atheism and free will.

In fact, I brilliantly argued “If a person is a determinist, how in the world does deterrence even come into the picture? Determinists believe in an ever marching set of deterministic outcomes based on an existing set of antecedent conditions. Those conditions march back to the origin of the universe, no way to change the past, so no way to change the future. (On April 17, 2013 at 6:20 pm)

After reading a bit more about fatalism and determinism I decided to change my tune to a claim that determinism leads to fatalism (and to pretend this was what I was saying all along). I’m sticking to reading easy pop philosophers, though, and selective websites on the topic as anything more complex makes my head hurt. I have read snippets from a couple of websites now so that ought to put me on par with people who’ve read dozens of books on the topic, understand neurobiology and have written on both the philosophical and cultural aspects of free will and people’s belief in the topic. Oh, yeah, I know what I’m talking about!

      9. A determinist cannot believe that humans can change. This would, of course, mean that nothing can change. Which would mean…oh…crud…better put my head back up my ass.
      10. A determinist cannot believe in punishing people for crimes. This is because…well…it doesn’t matter. Just keep repeating it.

      Telling lies:
      11. It is ethical to lie so long as it promotes Christian beliefs.
      12. Speaking of telling lies, a really good way to do this is to rephrase what your opponent says and then keep repeating the misquote in hopes that he or she will get bored and leave your lie as the last statement. Then you win. You can do this either by rewording as a supposed paraphrase or pulling lines out of context and reordering them. God really loves this and gives you extra endurance to sit at the computer all day and keep repeating it.
      13. One way to use this super endurance to your advantage is to keep posting the same questions over and over again even after they’ve been answered 50 times. Just pretend they haven’t been answered and act self-righteous about it. It’s really cool if you can ask this same thing on multiple threads and then claim it was never answered forcing people to waste time on the same thing over and over and over.
      14. In particular don’t forget that whatever someone says you can respond with “What investigation have you done into…”. Especially good is to ask what investigation was done into the truth of the God of Israel. When the non-Christian comes back to ask how much research you did to prove other gods aren’t real answer “I don’t need to do any because I proved the God of Israel is real and that negates all other gods”. When asked how you proved that repeat the words “empty tomb” over and over until divine light shines on the souls of the heathens.
      15. When they refuse to play your game or you don’t like the answer add some sarcasm, but use an emoticon to soften it so they’ll know your snide remarks are all in good fun.
      16. Consider asking completely nonsensical questions that can’t even be understood, let alone answered. Best yet include something the person didn’t say as a premise. For example, you might ask an atheist opponent “You say you like murdering small children on Wednesdays, could you explain how this fits with your beliefs about string theory?” Then when your question is ignored accuse the person of avoidance and make up wild hypotheses as to why they are avoiding you.
      17. Above all else keep asking questions while avoiding answering any yourself.

      Science, math and psychology:
      18. If one scientist says something that backs me, then I can assume all scientists agree with that statement.
      19. If atheist scientists say something, even if it is the view of the majority of people in that science, it should be ignored. See #11.
      20. Atheists are ruled by confirmation bias. I am free of it – it’s just great luck that everything I read and all the “data” around me confirm my strong religious convictions. See #19 on ignoring anything else.
      21. Infinity = all finite numbers according to the Chad. Thirty or forty years of constraint is the same as eternal torment.
      22. Rehabilitation and deterrence are the same thing. Yep…convincing a drug addict not to use drugs in case they are shot dead and getting them off the addiction would be the same by my wondrous Chad logic.

General truths about the CNN belief blog:
      23. All non-believers are, by definition, idiots so you can use illogical arguments and they’ll just fall for it.
      24. If I post a quote that has a few key words in it from our discussion I can claim it backs my point even if it actually says the exact opposite thing from what I’m claiming. Atheists, as mentioned above, are too dumb to notice. Best yet is to post a link or reference a book which actually says the opposite of what I’m saying and just assume no one will look at it.
      25. There is a huge mass of fence sitters out there who are eagerly reading CNN blog comments in order to decide whether or not to believe in God.
      26. I will personally save all those mentioned in # 25 because I, Chad, am super smart. I know this because I get away with all the above mentioned lies and manipulations. Sometimes people think they are pointing these things out but they really aren’t. Or the stupid atheist masses aren’t reading them anyway.
      27. Phrase everything as if it’s a lecture so you look like you know what you’re talking about. See #23 about atheists being idiots and #24 about people not reading anything you post you’ll see that the silly atheists will fall for it every time. In particular they won’t look back to the earlier part of the discussion to see how I’m contradicting myself. This is very well aided by another tactic:
      28. As soon as you make an ass of yourself break the conversation into a new thread. That way all the newcomers (see #25 on how they are waiting to have their souls saved) will not bother to read back and see how ignorant you are.
      29. If someone points out to you that citing Wikipedia is not an adequate source for the discussion at hand you can always find a good undergraduate philosophy paper to cite instead.
      30. Never question another Christian no matter how incorrect or offensive their position.
      31. Just remember that you can define a term any way you want and you are always right!

Read your history, Chad. Jesus (or, rather, his disciples) were competing for followers with half a dozen other god-man saviors from the Middle East (Buddha, Osiris, Mithra, Horus, Dionysus, Krishna, Inanna, Bacchus). Almost all of them had "miraculous" births and resurrection stories of their own. You just couldn't compete — nobody would take you seriously — if your guy couldn't make the same claim.

So Jesus coming back from the dead was no big deal. Heck, if you follow the story of the zombie jamboree in Matthew 27:52-53, he wasn't even the only JEW who came back from the dead on the very day of his crucifixion.

Okay, "zombie jamboree" made me LMAO. Also, one would think that seeing a bunch of resurrected dead people would be noteworthy enough for some Romans and Jews to have written it down in some detail. I know if I saw a bunch of dead people wandering around, I would jot a note in my journal before getting ready to double-tap them if they came near me...

=>A. Something need not be accepted by all, to be used to demonstrate truth (there exists nothing that everyone agrees is true)
      B. You can certainly challenge a premise, but "I dont accept that" is not a sufficient challenge, in other words, if you want to challenge the premise that the resurrection isnt real, you need to bring specific evidence to bear.

I would disagree. You are claiming that Jesus was resurrected, which goes against all known science and human experienc (at least lengths of 2- 3 days, anyway), it is up to you to provide evidence that your claim is true. Otherwise, one can make up any premise and demand evidence that it is not true, e.g FSM, Invisible Pink Unicorn, The Great Puveyor of True Color. etc.

Except she didn't. She wrote a list of the dishonest way you debate, which YOU have never refuted; that isn't ad hominem, that is the truth. Further, she pointed to examples within that list that you used with Ben's post.
That's not ad hominem, that's further pointing out the disingenuous way you go about your debates.
Saraswati's list happens to be the comic relief needed to counteract your arrogance and pompousness. The fact that her list happens to be true is just an added bonus that you are likely to never recognise, let alone change.

@Chad "good point (with note below), here is my evidence supporting the resurrection.

Note: It isnt reasonable to continuously just say "'I dont accept that". At some point, one must bring evidence to bear in refutation.

Four historical facts accepted by the majority of historians:
      1. Jesus of Nazareth was crucified by Roman authorities for claiming to be the Messiah, the King of Israel.
      2. After three days the tomb in which he was laid was found empty by a group of His women followers.
      3. Following that find, many different people, in various circumstances, in groups and individually, believers, skeptics and deniers of Jesus, reported meeting a physically resurrected Jesus.
      4. Those people abruptly changed their activities, and from that day forward proclaimed that they had personally witnessed a resurrected Jesus. A belief they held so strongly that they were willing to go to their deaths proclaiming the truth of it.

If Jesus was resurrected from dead on the third day, that is an event that could never have occurred naturally, and must have occurred super-naturally.
All of the attempted natural explanations for the empty tomb(“swoon” theory, “grave robber” theory “hallucination” theory, “Jesus had a twin” theory) fail in explanatory scope and credibility.

The best explanation for those accepted facts (1-4 above), is that the God of Israel raised Jesus from the dead in fulfillment of scripture.

      @Chad,
"Four historical facts accepted by the majority of historians:"

      1) As I recall, you have yet to support your claim that a "majority of historians" accept your specific facts.
My understanding is that only 2 events are accepted by most historians, Jesus' baptism and His crucifixion. Two others are also commonly accepted, controversy at the temple and 'calling' of His disciples, but not "the empty tomb".

      2) Even if historically authentic, i.e. relate descriptions as the originally intended, they do not necessarily relate events as they actually happened.

      3) "explanatory scope and credibility" are subjective judgements and depend on additional assumptions about events that may or may not have happened. In addition, I would likely disagree on whether 'natural explanations' fail or not.

"The best explanation for those accepted facts (1-4 above), is that the God of Israel raised Jesus from the dead in fulfillment of scripture."

You have not shown those to be facts.

      @Chad,

Thank you for the link, it is very interesting and while I haven't had a chance yet to read it thoroughly, here are some initial thoughts.

      1) This is essentially a meta study on papers about the historicity of Jesus and, if I am reading this correctly, Habermas did not survey "1400 scholars (both skeptics and non-skeptics)," as you claimed, but reviewed 1400 papers.

      2) Habermas' selection criteria and methodology is not apparent.

Since 1975, more than 1400 scholarly publications on the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus have appeared. Over the last five years, I have tracked these texts, which were written in German, French, and English.

      3) Habermas' own results would appear to support a certain bias in the scholarship, both for and against.

A second research area concerns those scholars who address the subject of the empty tomb. It has been said that the majority of contemporary researchers accepts the historicity of this event.[39] But is there any way to be more specific? From the study mentioned above, I have compiled 23 arguments for the empty tomb and 14 considerations against it, as cited by recent critical scholars. Generally, the listings are what might be expected, dividing along theological “party lines.” To be sure, such a large number of arguments, both pro and con, includes very specific differentiation, including some overlap.

      4) I had not considered that a "majority of scholars" would be theologians, or scholars possibly biased toward historicity. However, this is not in evidence either, as the 75% is apparently, out of the authors of the 1400 publications, not history scholars in general.

Of these scholars, approximately 75% favor one or more of these arguments for the empty tomb, while approximately 25% think that one or more arguments oppose it. Thus, while far from being unanimously held by critical scholars, it may surprise some that those who embrace the empty tomb as a historical fact still comprise a fairly strong majority.

      5) Even Habermas seems to agree that all this still does not "prove" what actually happened.

A rough estimate of the publications in my study of Jesus’ resurrection among British, French, and German authors (as well as a number of authors from several other countries[34]), published during the last 25 or so years, indicates that there is approximately a 3:1 ratio of works that fall into the category that we have dubbed the moderate conservative position, as compared to more skeptical treatments. Of course, this proves nothing concerning whether or not the resurrection actually occurred. But it does provide perhaps a hint–a barometer, albeit quite an unofficial one, on where many of these publications stand.

So essentially, this does not show that the "majority of historians" accept the "empty tomb", but I shall try to read it more thoroughly later.

It does not prove that Jesus was resurrected, but it does indeed prove that the majority of historians accept the empty tomb as a historical event.

it could not have happened naturally, I agree.
The only way for you to make that statement is to make a claim that the non-natural does not exist

Since you are the one making a claim (that the non-natural does not exist) what is your proof of that claim?

@HotAirAce "for your claims re: the resurrection of some dude named jesus to be viewed as true, someone or a group would have had to observe his body and tomb continuosly from the time he is alleged to have been crucified until until it is allegded that he ascended into heaven, to sit at the right hand of his alleged father. Can you produce an unbroken record of evidence for your claims?"
@Chad "A. No, for the resurrection to be true, all that is required is that it actually did occur. No one need to have observed it at all for it to be actually true.

      B. There were guards posted at the tomb.

      C. There are numerous recorded eye witness accounts of post resurrection appearances
he appeared to Cephas,[b] and then to the Twelve. 6 After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep. 7 Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles, 8 and last of all he appeared to me[Paul] also, as to one abnormally born. 1 Corinthians

The first working computer we know of was created and perfected by Aristotle, 2500 years ago. It accurately calculated the movement of the plantets and the eclipses.
Looms are also a form of computer as they were programmed with the patterns using an early form of the punch card.
Electrical computers came along much later, but the actual inventor is somewhat murky as there were so many contributions from so many sources.

Yes Mormons and Jehovahs come calling from time to time and I am happy to invite them in to hear their message. They leave feeling quite unfulfilled I'm sure. I suspect they don't often engage in debates about their beliefs. They are stumped by refutations of their claims. The fact that it is so easy to poke holes in their assertions is demonstrated by their inevitable fall back to appeals of blind faith. When your best argument is really, really wishing it to be true you've already lost.

    AtheistSteve,

What's 'priceless' is Celestial Life's potential to consider its own placement within the grids of cosmological order. But before ensuing that potential, one needs to be made aware of cosmological orders. Which said orders came first? The celestial cosmos? The cellular cosmos? Or, the atomized cosmos? Think hard and as long as I have. Maybe then you will know and understand the cosmological makeup of all mannerisms central to Life living onto eternity and beyond!

Did you forget how to use the reply button LL? The post is on the previous page. In any case you assert that the cellular world is governed by intelligent agents on a tiny unseen scale. Just where do you see the evidence for this intelligence? It seems to me that all cellular reactions and activity are bound by well understood chemical and molecular processes. How is intelligence displayed if no intent or choice is observed. If these so-called cellular agents cannot act in ways that defy prediction then they appear fairly dumb. Mindlessly following the laws of chemistry and physics in fact. The same applies to the atomic and cosmic scales. Everything behaves without seeming to be directed by a mind. Doesn't seem very intelligent to me. But perhaps the bar for intelligence is set pretty low in your view. In that at least we can agree.

Meaning, we choose. You therefore, just acknowledged that people choose what they want to be in life. Just as you chose to not believe in God.

  18. Chad

@JMEF "I asked Chad why god would bother [to cause Mary to conceive and have a Son], a married woman after all and [not] just create a grown man like he did with Adam, would have saved a lot of time and Joseph would not be wondering? No answer of course because that would not fit in with the messiah prophecy, more fake messiahs at the time than evangelists today.

@Chad "A. I never saw you pose that question, I would have immediately answered it, as I am doing here, to clear up your confusion.

    B. It was necessary that the atoning sacrifice, Jesus, be fully God and fully Man, that is why He HAD to be born. Romans 8, Hebrews 7, Hebrews 10

    C. That was the ONLY way for prophesy to be fulfilled, as the Messiah was promised from the loins of David.

    D. There were indeed many fake Messiahs, as scripture points out

Peter and the other apostles replied: “We must obey God rather than human beings! 30 The God of our ancestors raised Jesus from the dead—whom you killed by hanging him on a cross. 31 God exalted him to his own right hand as Prince and Savior that he might bring Israel to repentance and forgive their sins. 32 We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.”
33 When they heard this, they were furious and wanted to put them to death. 34 But a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law, who was honored by all the people, stood up in the Sanhedrin and ordered that the men be put outside for a little while. 35 Then he addressed the Sanhedrin: “Men of Israel, consider carefully what you intend to do to these men. 36 Some time ago Theudas appeared, claiming to be somebody, and about four hundred men rallied to him. He was killed, all his followers were dispersed, and it all came to nothing. 37 After him, Judas the Galilean appeared in the days of the census and led a band of people in revolt. He too was killed, and all his followers were scattered. 38 Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. 39 But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”
    - Acts 5

    E. Why are you continuing to presume to criticize something that you have publicly acknowledged you have no interest in, and no knowledge of?

      Isaiah 53:1-12

1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?

2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, [there is] no beauty that we should desire him.

3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were [our] faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

5 But he [was] wounded for our transgressions, [he was] bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace [was] upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither [was any] deceit in his mouth.

10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put [him] to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see [his] seed, he shall prolong [his] days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.

11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, [and] shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.

12 Therefore will I divide him [a portion] with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

      Amen.

      April 27, 2013 at 9:12 pm |
    • Saraswati

      @Akira,

      "Perhaps being disingenuous is contagious."

My first thought was "that would be an interesting study." So with a quick look I found it has been studied a few times, including this:

      http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/j.1465-7295.2012.00470.x/full

"In the United States, we find statistical evidence of one direction of effect: a strong signal of dishonesty leads to more dishonesty. Recall that, in our U.S. experiments, there is a prevailing norm of honesty with roughly 60% of our control subjects choosing to tell the truth. Our results thus suggest that this norm is fragile. Even with small stakes, individual propensities for honesty evaporate when peers are thought to be dishonest."

Inside a Universally-Formed Multiple Cosmos of the Living Triune Cosmological Manifestation of the God-Being

We all live amid two chasms of cosmological orders. We have the inner-cosmos and the outer-cosmos. The inner-cosmos is atomically made and is the universal construct of the outer-cosmos. One could not have an outer cosmos without there being an inner cosmos. Both are synonymously of the same natures. It stands to reason the inner-cosmos was made first and the outer-cosmos came into being only after the passive finalization of the inner-cosmos was made near complete. The inner-cosmos is transcendent and fixed while the outer-cosmos is ascendant and malleable in their dualities nurturing natures.

The third cosmos is of megalithic life itself made from the inner-cosmos living upon the terrestrial planetary faces of the celestial outer-cosmos. This third cosmos is the celled cosmos or the cellular cosmologic orders duly ordained of and by and even for all megaliths of monolithic life forms to be made anywhere cellular life can grab a foothold to evolve and gain in the abundant natures toward the inner intellectual evolution of its structures ever evolving in intellectualized base pairings. Without the two main Cosmos coming into existence; all living cellular cosmologies in the celestial confines could not ever exist.

The trinity or threefold nature of chasm cosmologies is being one of the greatest and grandest gestures ever to have been formulated! To say God had nothing to do with such a feat of cosmologic inter-dependencies seems to me, an infallible congruency inconsistent for one to say or think otherwise. To say the nature of God is to keep inflating the physical elements of the outer cosmos while deflating the essence needs for the inner-cosmos leaves one to wonder about the third cosmological construct’s real nature for having been created. Why then are there cellular cosmos of living cosmologies and when did such intra-celled cosmologic life become established?

The history of multifaceted cosmological expansionism within celestial symmetries comes from the terrestrial complacencies of planetary regularities and solarized star-born objectivism wherever the abundance of inner cosmologies coalesces to form stars, planets and moons among many other fragmented structures within the spatial confines of a universe-formed Cosmos.

Life, upon the celestial shorelines of the terrestrially compliant are as megalithic monoliths of biologic ‘cellular’ cosmological constants, and were ever formed and are continually forming seemingly unto forever as well placed living megalithic conglomerations in naturalisms arcades of wondrous cavalcades marching in steps of melancholy tributes to God upon the most high cosmos of universally formidable formations on the highest of unimaginable grounds!

If, that's IF our eternal souls were around from the very beginning moments of this amassed cosmos, what are then the reasons for our being physically born and then soulfully die? Were we not soulfully aware of our bodies being conceptualized within motherly wombs? IF our conscious consciences or our eternal souls are given placements within the bodies are we not but a two-folded being left adrift and apart of and away from the realm that our soul or spirit was first made manifest? Are not our consciences more than an abstraction of psychiatric wonderments?

Who among us has the rights and wherewithal to be negatively certain of ethereal spiritual life being as a non-realness of the relativity suggestive pragmatisms in the grand dichotomies of lividness issues revolving around spiritualisms of suggested monotheistic faiths? Do Atheisms’ matters linger upon spiritual negatives and parlor about in banters of non-speculative scruples in denying others' faith issues?

I am saying that deeply within all cellular life does live very intelligent forms of beings so tiny and very small! They are the husbandry of all megalithic life form structures. Christendom calls them as being Gods yet Star Wars calls them as being 'midi-chlorians', the force of all living megalithic monoliths of cellular structured life. I would rather call them very intelligent beings of unknown to us varieties of superiorly small intra-cellular life forms that dared to evolve within all monolithic megalith-celled creations of their own evolutional doing and thru time modified their ever evolving megalithic structures to finally create us!

    1. The inner cosmology of the atomized realms. Are these atomic realms not the first realms conceived in the grand schemes of cosmology?

    2. The outer cosmology of the celestial realms. Did not this realm become conceived only after the inner cosmological realm of atomic reactions was made nearing a finalized completion?

    3. The living cosmology of the cellular realms. Did this cellular realm of living cosmological matter come about by sheer coincidence? Was there an intellectual cosmological order for the cellular realms of living cosmological components to become ever evolving cellular realms ending upon this celestial shorelines’ planetary cosmology as being physical realms of mankind’s cellular embodiments?

This is priceless. Star Wars=fake, so we should conclude Christianity=fake too?

You're nonsensical if you see any sign of sanity in LL's posts.

I see LL has escaped or been released from the asylum.

As opposed to "Kelly", who ought to be incarcerated for being just plain stupid.

Sounds like it was a nuthouse here, tonight. Tom. It makes me see the grand kids as very sane – lol. I don't see anyone talking about the article – but I guess that's par for the course in BB land.

What's REALLY sad is that most of these idiots make Salero look almost sentient. Not quite, but almost.

Either set to go off at a preset time or remotely detonated...Maybe ol Kim Jung Un isn't all hot air after all. What a great equalizer to humble the mighty United States of Babylon. God used 19 guys on airplanes(not even a soveriegn nation) to bring us to our knees on Sept. 11, 2001. He can do it again with whatever or whomever He chooses. He won't put up with this gay marriage, baby killing nation indefinitely.

      Fear.

      Go with it, and fear.

      Hide.

Go deeper in your own fears and accept that your god will be there for you.

Crawl deeper and retreat into your religion.

Spread it like a disease and claim that your religion will protect you from the fear.
