Vengeance against a corpse? How silly is that. Like taking vengeance out on his shoes. Cremate and bury it in the paupers section, if need be. I'm pretty sure NYC could afford it, and it would show some class.

    • Thank you

Common sense in a CNN post...at long last! Vengence on a cadaver is just stupidity. Unfortunately some of humanity wouldn't mind burning the perpetrators shoes and socks publicly to serve as an example. ((eye roll))

I would have had divers ready to catch the sinking body if they wanted to keep it secretly, but that is just gross.

  6. YUCK!!!

In an effort for revenge, humanity in all of its wisdom and glory now seeks to punish a cadaver.

Not me. That piece of trash just needs to be removed. Its a health and safety hazard. There is no need to let it hang around.

  7. Jewel of Allah

Allah, all praise be unto Him, actually has both male and female genitalia (how could it be otherwise?). Ibrahim knew this and was ashamed of Allah, all praise be unto Him, and began the lie that so many believe today that Allah, all praise be unto Him, is somehow male. Nothing of the sort! Self-copulation, practiced by those truly who proclaim the greatness of Allah, all praise be unto Him, has always been the right and good practice of all who have been faithful to Him from the beginning. All should pray fervently that the sons of Ibrahim should turn away from Ibrahim's lie and self-copulate to the glory of Allah, all praise be unto Him.

As much as I appreciate the idea of an ambiguously gendered diety (and I do appreciate it it makes me smile), accepting any diety just might interfere with my ability to feel superior to others on the internet.

Bring him to Canada...As a Christian, I would bury him out of respect... What would Jesus Christ do, I would do. Simple.

    May 8, 2013 at 9:38 pm |
    • They just crazy

What would Jesus do? He would tell you to ignore the dead bodies and follow him to the nearest gay brothel, where they have the extra fluffeh towels and special foot massages in the sauna, what else?
There is nothing in the OT or NT that indicates Jesus would have helped bury a dead body. Just the opposite, in fact. LOL

Crazy..just because we don't believe in gods does that mean we have to be an abosolute tool to all of their followers? Keep your hate I've had enough of it.

    • Whoop

As a rational person, I would bury him in the local landfill for health and safety reasons. There it is!

      May 9, 2013 at 8:13 am |
    • Scott C

The fictional character Jesus actually would drop him in the landfill. (2 Kgs. 23:10; Jer. 7:31). The bodies of the dead will become “food for the birds of the air, and for the beasts of the earth, and none will frighten them away”. This referring to the land of Hinnom (a dumping ground for trash and human waste). Later translated into the Anglo-Saxson word "Hell". So, according to this work of ancient fiction you'd be right.

wow all of this hate full comments,.. you wouldn't want some one treating your mothers body that way, even if she did something monstrous.

except for the atheist who still don't care

    May 8, 2013 at 8:17 pm |
    • A little honesty

I don't believe in gods, Sam. But unlike the other monsters on this website I do, actually care.

      May 9, 2013 at 5:55 am |
    • Whoop

No, Sam, your mother's body would not fit in a landfill, so other arrangements would have to be made for health reasons.

    No place to bury Tsarnaev?

The simple solution is - cremate the body. As for the ashes, flushhhhhh....

His body should be put on the next garbage barge and then dumped into the ocean as shark food.

    May 8, 2013 at 10:19 am |
    • EnjaySea

That's far too expensive. A cheaper solution would be to grind his body up and use it as dog food.

Sounds like a plan. Hopefully the dogs' shi-t will be shipped to Mecca.

May 7, 2013 — Scientists have named a new species of bone-headed dinosaur (pachycephalosaur) from Alberta, Canada. Acrotholus audeti (Ack-RHO-tho-LUS) was identified from both recently discovered and historically collected fossils. Approximately six feet long and weighing about 40 kilograms in life, the newly identified plant-eating dinosaur represents the oldest bone-headed dinosaur in North America, and possibly the world.
