As a rational person, I would bury him in the local landfill for health and safety reasons. There it is!

No place to bury Tsarnaev?
The simple solution is - cremate the body. As for the ashes, flushhhhhh....
His body should be put on the next garbage barge and then dumped into the ocean as shark food.
That's far too expensive. A cheaper solution would be to grind his body up and use it as dog food.
Sounds like a plan. Hopefully the dogs' shi-t will be shipped to Mecca.

Acrotholus audeti (Ack-RHO-tho-LUS) was identified from both recently discovered and historically collected fossils. Approximately six feet long and weighing about 40 kilograms in life, the newly identified plant-eating dinosaur represents the oldest bone-headed dinosaur in North America, and possibly the world.
